RETURN POLICY

HeartlandOnlineJewelry.com wants you to be happy with each piece of silver jewelry that you buy from us.  We are pleased to offer returns for full credit (less return shipping costs) within 15 days of the date you receive your shipment, in the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect product of if your product is defective.  To receive your credit you must follow these instructions:

How to return an order:

Within 10 days of the date you receive your shipment, you must notify us via email at returns@heartlandonlinejewelry.com and provide the following information:

                           •1.    Your name and address

                           •2.    Your order number

                           •3.    The reason for your return

Immediately re-package the product to be returned into the package it was delivered in and re-seal for shipping. No RMA authorization is required.

Once we receive your shipment we will process your credit within 5 business days, to the original method of payment used on your order. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage as result of return shipments.
